Close open relay on Exchange Server 2007

I am running Exchange server 2007 and ISA 2006, both on Server 2003 Standard Ed.  I have found out that I am listed as an open relay from http://www.dnsgoodies.com/index.htm  I have searched MS Technet and am unable to find out how to close this open relay.  We are not using an edge server, just the hub transport.Start Free Trial
