Why Is User Receiving SMTP #5.5.0 Undeliverable Message?

A user on my network is receiving undeliverable messages when he tries to e-mail external users at one specific external domain.

My server is an SBS 2003 (Exchange 2003) box with all Microsoft patches and updates. The server connects to the Internet via Bellsouth/AT&T DSL service. No other users are experiencing difficulty to my knowledge.

Here's the e-mail error message the user receives when he tries e-mailing two different users at this one external domain:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: SUBJECT LINE.
Sent: 10/19/2007 7:49 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
COMPANY NAME. on 10/19/2007 7:50 AM
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.
