A reverse lookup on our IP returns our provider address. Several checks on multiple reverse lookup tools websites have all said our reverse lookup is ok. Including AOL and they can be picky as well.

It looks like the error message is being truncated. Verizon will not help as we are not customer and the customer is not getting very far with them. Does anyone know if there is something they are looking for that we might not have set correctly. We don't have this issue with any other customer.

Name: xd1156d52.ip.e-nt.net
Address: 209.21.109.82
That looks like a generic reverse DNS address.
Speak to your ISP and get it changed to mail.hermitageins.com
I would also suggest that you switch your MX records so that mail.hermitageins.com is the lowest cost. hermitageins.com I would usually expect to be pointed to the web site.
