Delay in Mail Delivery to End Users

I have Exchange, Spam controller and Antivirus server. when I send a mail from external domain to my domain xyz.com it comes to sam controller on time in 20 seconds but after that it do not move forward to Antivirus controller. It stays here for 30 min and after that it moves to AV server and it is been processed by AV server in 10 sec and gets deliverd to user in 10 sec more. I do not know why there is a delay in Spam controller. Why is is keeping the mails with him. It is happening will all the mails comming from outside but internal mails works fine with no delay. For outgoing mails the services are working fine. Spam controller is "ORF 4.0 " Please help in solving this issue.Start Free Trial
