delay in internal email to other exchange servers

I am having delay in internal emails. In SMTP queue it remains on "retry" and show "The connection was dropped by the remote host" in more detail. I am able to successfully telnet on port 25 to each other I have stopped "Symantec Mail Security for Exchange". One change I have done is enable "IMF" on other servers but they are running fine. Another differnce is this particular machine is in Windows 2003 R2. Delay is exectly of 2 miniutes.Start Free Trial
