We are using SBS 2003 server and using Exchange, how can I get around AOL providers that use rDNS that need to see our server with a FQDN that would qualify as a workable FQDN on the Internet? Our server's FQDN is xxxx.xxxx.local and that cannot resolve with rDNS....
I have heard of a Microsoft Hosting Service that we could funnel our email in/out through that would not only FIX this rDNS issue with mail providers but help with SPAM but I can't find any info on that.
Also wondering since we have two email domains and one mail server would setting up virtual SMTP servers for each of our two email domains and point to the web hosts that actually host those domains on the Internet be the answer?
