I have a large network that is beginning to be blacklisted because of spam being generated from within our firewall.

How can I find the PC that is sending the spam? I'm thinking that there has to be a rather simple (free?) sniffer of somesort that will trap all of the outbound traffic headed to port 25. Is this wishfull thinking?
