Adding a non domain email address

Hi,
I was following the instructions at:
http://www.amset.info/exchange/spam-cleanup.asp
regarding checking relaying.
I wanted to untick the 'Allow all users that successfully authenticate to relay regardless of the list above'
But, two of my users have pop email accounts that they send as, besides their Exchange account.
I assume if I untick this box, their POP email will stop.
So, is it possible to set up so that bob@ourdomain.co.uk can also send through another account such as bob@other.com
It is preferable that mail or responses to bob@other.com goes to bob@ourdomain.com
Cheers
