SMTP server not working, no error in event viewer

Hello,

I have created virtual SMTP server in IIS6 and while send e-mail from the same server using SMTP IP address, the e-mail do not reach recipient. I have checked event viewer, no error, also used telnet to create and send e-mail, no error. Can anyone explain where can be a problem? I don't have any clue which I could research because I don't get any error.
