Spam attack

HI,

I have exchange server 2003 SP2 running some of my user get +- 400 e-mail per day saying from system administrator

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Sent:      5/9/2008 12:25 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      aymconde@jvc.pt on 5/9/2008 2:16 AM
            The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to.  Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address.

I know its spam but what can I do against it running virus wall 6 from trend and scan mail from trend exchange is behind firewall ISA 2000 which I will upgrade to ISA 2006.
