Unable to recevied external email in exchange server 2003

Hi ,
   I have configured exchange server 2003 in windows server 2003 and I am using Mcafee anti virus with anti spam. I sent & receive message within AD user is working fine and also i send message to external email like (rediff,gmail) is working. but i unable to received from external email ( rediff, gmail,etc..). I am getting following error messages for reference

I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

64.38.xx.x does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local
Giving up on 64.38.xx.x.

      I have domain space from other server in 64.38.xx.x.This doamin(shifaconstructions.info) already host in 64.38.xx.x. I have add in MX record and A record to my public ip (122.166.xx.xx) in the 64.38.xx.x server. I have attached nslookup details for your reference.

      how to solve this problem. please give me remedy for this problem
