How I create email for my domain in windows server 2008


After I get my dedicated server (windows 2008) , I created dns for may domain successfuly and my domain now working in my new server successfuly

the question is who i can crate an email  for my domain ? Which is the default program for email (pop,smtp) in this windows ? what is the steps to configure that whiteout external programs ?

in last server (2003) i was created email throw MailEnable but here I don't now
