Our website
www.ucubd.com is installed on a windows 2003 server. The website allows users to send email from the website using smtp email. The email used in sending the smtp email is ucubd@ucubd.com. Our hosting company maintains our company email on another server. That email also uses the ucubd.com domain. We are able successfully send smtp email from the site to major email providers suchs gmail, yahoo mail, godaddy mail. Unfortunately Hotmail is not letting our smtp email go through. There are no errors or bouncebacks, the email never ends up in a Hotmail inbox or spam folder.
What can be done to resolve this? Is there a way to contact Microsoft Hotmail about that? How can I get whitelisted with Hotmail?
Thank you for your help.
