1. We had a hosted website and email with company A. Email got moved to a different hosting.
2. The second hosting company worked fine for about a month and then it started having major problems. Turns out they had limits they didn't tell us about. This company sends a lot of emails to 20 to 30 people on a mailing list. Anywhere from 1500 to 2000 emails a day go out.
3. We then had to move it to Exchange Server 2003 in house. Some email went out and some came back undeliverable with all kinds of responses. We bought a account with DynDNS.com and all worked for about a day and now it is up and down.
4. Some makes it and some doesn't. If I send an email from them to me it is there in 5 seconds. If I reply it doesn't make it. If I send from hotmail or gmail it makes it just fine. This is the same with several of their regular customers. The thing is so up and down I can't make heads or tails of it to troubleshoot.
5. The owner is talking of doing bad things to me. I need help...ASAP. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this thing?
