We use Outlook 2003.  I have a user who sent an email and got this error message. Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:      test
      Sent:      7/8/2008 3:04 PM

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

      'maw_tim@smc.edu' on 7/8/2008 3:04 PM
            You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For assistance, contact your system administrator.
            <mail.ohslegal.com #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Unable to deliver to <maw_tim@smc.edu>>

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
