Changing user last name on a Windows envioronment (Email address and Domain)

I have a user who must change last name on the domain and email address (just married user). We have the AD and Exchange on separate server. Please can you please let me know what will be the smooth and quick way to do this change. All these two server are in Windows 2003.  Start Free Trial
