Max points on this one, Experts.  I don't know if it's doable, as my web development skills are almost non-existent.

THE GOAL
I want to send an email via SMTP that contains a link which, when clicked, not only leads the recipient to a website, but also prefills an input field on that site.  

THE CATCH
We do not own the website.  It is owned by a third-party we've contracted with to produce surveys, and our contract does not allow for them to rebuild to fit new requirements.

Is this doable?  While this isn't an urgent need, it does mean quite a lot for us, so I'm giving max points on this.
