Exchange 2003: No incoming mail. Out Ok

Hi.
Have a customer with a Win 2003 server std. with Exchange 2003.
Small company, 10 users.
I was called in to help, because mail did not work in or out.
Found 200.000 mail in SMTP ques on virtual smt server.
Edited Default SMTP Virtual Server, Access control , unchecked Anonumous access, deleted all messages in ques, both in Exchange system manager\ server\ Ques and in C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\Queue.
Have tried to disable outgoing mail and se that no extra ques are building up.
Outgoing mail works fine now
But no there are no incoming mail... Worked a few days ago...
Checked that mx record are ok, and that telnet to ip with port 25 answers.
(Firewall and nat =ok)
all services seemes to be running ok.
Recipient policy look ok to me, with domain.com as primary (not domain.local)
