SMTP Exim4 Too many connections

Hi Experts,

My problem is all about Exim4 "Too many connections". I cannot send emails because of this issue. Is there a way to increase maximum connection for Exim4?

I'm using debian linux, dovecot, exim4 and squirrelmail.
