Hello every body
I need to change principal smtp domain of exchange 2003 recipient (old: msft.adds to new: msft.active). All users are connected to BES server 4.1.4. My question is when i change smtp domain on exchange how can modify or update BES users information to match the new smtp domain? and what others repercussions?

I don't know about the update delay, I cannot imagine it would be long though (if any at all). As an aside, I would recommend keeping @olddomain.com SMTP addresses so that users will still receive mail from those addresses, just make the @newdomain.com the primary. All messages (including replys to @olddomain.com) will go out through the @newdomain.com address.

Let me see if I understand this. Your clients use @olddomain.com email addresses via exchange and BES. You are going to update the policy to @newdomain.com and you want to know what needs to be done in BES after your work is complete in Exchange. IF that is correct, you need to do nothing BES will inherit what it needs from Exchange. If my interpretation is incorrect, let me know.
