Need to enable FTP access through Bluecoat

HI All
i need some help with a proxy device called bluecoat sg800 , currently it works fine for all Http access to the outside world. But when attempting FTP it fails. I have tried various methods to get this resolved and nothing seem to work.

Does anyone have any exprerince with this device and using ftp through it?  I have also posted questions on the bluecoat forum and tried all of there Recommendation and it still does not work.
