Sync website to ftp

Hi,

I've recently migrated from Dreamweaver to Eclipse and the one thing I miss, and the only one is the "upload on save" function.

The FTP host has a problem that disconnects me with a

- Disconnected from server: ECONNABORTED - Connection aborted

error, since I upload files very often this drives me nuts.

I've set the idle timout to unlimited in filezilla, but it won't help. Same problem when using other FTP programs such LeechFTP.

So for my question.

Is there any FTP apps that can keep sending keep-alive commands and reconnect and stay in the same folders even when disconnected

or

Is there any plugins for Eclipse that can add the "upload on save" (excepts aptiva)

or

Is there any free / open source programs / scripts to sync on file change and upload to FTP host, also syncing changed files on any shortcut command would be fine

?

Can also add that I'm using Windows XP 64

Have been testing SFTP,but our host doesn't support sftp://

I checked and also found the eclipse "ftp / webdav" plugin and this works.

But it needs for you to go "right click" on project, choose export and then a number of steps that's taking more time then reconnect with filezilla, browse through the directorys and then upload files.

Its this steps I would like to skip, If I just could right click an file and then go "Export/FTP" it would be all fine, but the directory browsing takes up to much time when repeating this step all the time.

Am I missing on some functions, or doing it wrong somehow?

Have you installed / looked at the FTP & WebDAV plug-in: http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/platform-team/target.php

As I described in my comment above I tried using the FTP & WebDAV plugin, but it has to many steps before a file is uploaded.

I've described above what I did when trying to upload the files and if there's another faster way, please tell me how and where to look.

Also, if I somehow could use a batch script that's checks for updated files localy and sends them to the server via ftp would be really helpful to. That way you can have it connected to a keyboard shortcut and just run when you want to upload a file.
