There is a problem with this website's security certificate."-IN HTTPS SITE ON FIRST ACCESS

We have the security certificate for our site(for eg xxxx.net).We have added the code for redirecting the url to xxxx.net.But we have an issue when take the site  with url www.xxxx.com it shows the "There is a problem with this website's security certificate." message.If we click the link "Vontinue to this website(not recommended) it will go the exact page.
Please give me the solution for the above issue.Let me know if there is any issue related ti IIS setting?
