How to convert one of the virtual directory from http to https?

This is a Windows 2003 system, with IIS 6.0 installed. This is my web server, with multiple sectional functions, sit on top of one web site. currently, my web server is only using http. I intend to upgrade one of my section > http://www.myweb.com/appln1, into using https.

Pls see attached diagram, this section also make use of the default pool. I intend to use MS Cert server, how can I convert it be https-based?
