It's very likely just a remnant of a bad file that is no longer there but the loading point is still present.
If you can delete the startup registry entry then the error should stopped. In msconfig startup tab you can uncheck that entry.

Or if you have Hijackthis, scan the system and fix the relevant 04 entry or could be other lines in Hijackthis. You can show us the logfile if you like.
Registry scanners or antispyware scanners also removes a redundant loading point reg entry (usually)
