I tried the above (to the best of my skills) and now I'm getting two error messages:
Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): The POP3 email account you created does not support Secure Password Authentication (SPA). In the internet E-mail setting (POP3) wizard dialog box, clear the log on using SPA) check box.
Find out going mail server (SMTP). Outlook could not connect to the outgoing mail server (SMTP). The problem could be the server name or port, or your server may not support SSL. Verify your port and SSL settings in More Settings under the Advanced Tab.

Hello StevenMichaelHall,
You need to set the port as 465 or 587
Enable SMTP SSL.
Enable outgoing server authentication. For authentication, login should be your Cox address and password should be Cox password.
Hope this helps!
