Can you show us the command you typed in?
Should be comething like:
Enable-ExchangeCertificate
Which should work as long as the server holds the Hub Transport role.

Guys,
I guess I jump on the subject too fast. I'm installing my new SSL to CAS server only. The cms that I use are:
import-exchangecertificate
enable-exchangecertificate
I have another problem, I cannot connect to POP3 anymore on this server afte I enable the certificate.
CAS doesn't run SMTP that's the job of the Hub Transport / Edge Transport, so no, you don't need to bind it to SMTP on that particular server.
Not sure about the POP issue, not something I use I'm afraid. I take it the name (or one of the names) on the certificate matches the name the client uses to connect?

Open up the Advanced Firewall control (Administrative Tools), then select Inbound Rules.
If there's no existing rule we'll have to create one by right clicking on Inbound Rules, create a new Port rule as follows:
TCP Port 995
Allow the Connection
Set it to Domain Profile
And give it a name; "POP3 (SSL)" perhaps
Optionally you can set service or program. Take a look at the rules you've got at the moment, check if any of the Exchange specific rules (if there are any) work as good examples?
Unfortunately I run mine on Windows 2003 so I can't give you more specific examples than that.

Quick sanity check - you are positive that you already have SMTP & POP3 installed/enabled within Exchange? Exchange may only have MAPI installed.
