About 5, but it's for development purposes and I will have the client certificates installed on PC's that will access the sites (intranet). For my real sites, I already bought them cheap from GoDaddy.
But for development and educational purposes, I was hoping to create a multi-domain SSL myself. Have the brilliant web gurus discovered the process in creating Unified Communications Certificates yet, or is it still a "coporate secret"?

Avoid using self signed certificates if possible, because clients will not trust them, you will have to manually install them on all devices.
UCC certificates are very cheap nowadays, £40 a year is the cheapest I've seen for a 5 domain UCC. How many websites are you talking about?
