Send SMS using ShortCode(SMPP Protocol) in DotNet

Hi,

 Mobile operator company has provided me a short code number that work on SMPP. I want to send and receive SMS on ShortCode without using any SMPP third party controls.

You can use the http request if you dont want to use SMPP. the SMS operator might have given the http API for sms sending.

No i want to use SMPP but without third party tool.

You wont find those things inbuild with C#. because some SMS gateways requires internal keys to connecto SMPP server. so you need to use third party tools.

May I ask which Mobile Provider allowed you do this? I've been on the search for quite some time now.
Who did you contact and what department takes care of these types of things?
