By the way ... I notice you have a large number of questions open. Also I have noticed in other questions I have responded in that you did not really respond, even when it was closed. Please make sure you are asking clear questions and then participating with the experts.
Also you might consider what you are asking. For example the last 3 questions you have asked are very similar, especially in the title. That can make experts stay away because they think, at least after a quick glance, the questions are duplicates.
Just some friendly suggestions that I hope will help, especially since you are new here. Keep in mind the participation of the Asker with the experts is one of the things they find most rewarding about helping; they are all volunteers and points are just points. :) I hope this helps and is useful to you.

You can't. A key to the certificate is the domain name. That is where the security and trust is placed. Each domain would need their own certificate. If this is a hosted server you might consider providing a single domain that processes for other domains. The customers would need to understand this is how the original company processes their payments or they won't trust it. It would be a way to do it though.
