Motorola Q not installing root certificate

My Motorola Q has been setup to synch e-mails with Exchange 2003. Had to renew VeriSign certificate on the server and since then i wasn't able to synch. I get a certificate error. I'm able to run the certificate on the phone and it completes successfully, but still can't synchronize. I have no problems synchronizing with Treo.
