Outlook Anywhere

Enabled Outlook Anywhere, Installed the RPC Proxy, cannot connect using Outlook 2003

Exchange 2007 and the Legacy Exchange 2000 still there but Exchange 2007 is in charge of emails. I am getting ready to retire Exchange 2000.

Do I need to anything beside what I setup for Outlook Anywhere to function? This is a single server setup and all the roles in one server. OWA works fine with external SSL installed.

So when I use outlook 2003 to get to Outlook it does not work. Just comes back and ask for username and password. On the event viewer where Exchange is installed I see an error message regarding the user I sued to try logging in it says invalid user name or password and sometime unknown user.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you.
