IIS service overiding disabled settings

We have a network which is using mdaemon for all mail services. We installed an SSL certificate for our Webmail and now IIS service is overiding the disable option and starting on boot up. We don't require or want IIS to start up because Mdaemon uses it's own built in web server to run the web based email client. Any idea how to keep IIS from starting up?Start Free Trial
