Event ID 1010 DHCP Error

We are getting Event ID 1010 DHCP Errors on our Windows 2003 Enterprise Server and we have excluded DHCP database from Anti-virus scans and turned off indexing on the hard drive.  What are the steps to repair the database or easiest way to create new database?  Any assistance offered would be greatly appreciated.  Start Free Trial
