Prevent DHCP assignment on IP Address

How can I prevent someone from plugging into my network and getting an assigned IP address from the dhcp server?  When I look at the address leases I see all kinds of computers on the network.  How can I stop someone from just plugging into the wall jack and using my network to access the INternet?Start Free Trial
