I have recenlty set up a new Server with 15 workstations. The Server is running Windows 2003 Server standard edition (Latest service pack) and all of the workstations are running Windows XP Pro SP2. During logging on, the login times take a very long time. They eventually log in. All users are using roaming profiles but even the ones that are only a few hundred MB in size take a long time. The Server is running the DCHP and DNS services and the router that is used has DHCP Disabled (A temporary D-Link WBR-1310). All systems can browse network folders on the Server but they randomly disconnect. The Event Viewer on the Server is error free but the workstations all get:
Event ID: 5719
Source: NETLOGON
No Domain Controller is available for domain COMPANY due to the following:
There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request. .
Make sure that the computer is connected to the network and try again. If the problem persists, please contact your domain administrator.

Your computer was not able to renew its address from the network (from the DHCP Server) for the Network Card with network address 0011114A8863. The following error occurred:
The operation was canceled by the user. . Your computer will continue to try and obtain an address on its own from the network address (DHCP) server.

The system failed to register host (A) resource records (RRs) for network adapter
with settings:
Adapter Name : {3649EE98-A049-4DB4-8989-B
CF86AF1940
D}
Host Name : workstation12
Primary Domain Suffix : COMPANY.Main
DNS server list :
64.59.168.13, 64.59.168.15, 192.167.176.5
Sent update to server : <?>
IP Address(es) :
192.167.176.221
The reason the system could not register these RRs was because the DNS server contacted refused the update request. The reasons for this might be (a) you are not allowed to update the specified DNS domain name, or (b) because the DNS server authoritative for this name does not support the DNS dynamic update protocol.
To register the DNS host (A) resource records using the specific DNS domain name and IP addresses for this adapter, contact your DNS server or network systems administrator.

The time provider NtpClient is configured to acquire time from one or more time sources, however none of the sources are currently accessible. No attempt to contact a source will be made for 14 minutes. NtpClient has no source of accurate time.

The time provider NtpClient was unable to find a domain controller to use as a time source. NtpClient will try again in 15 minutes.
All workstations can get online no problem when they are logged in but the big issue is that randomly people loose access to the network drives on the Server. When they reboot all is well again. The IP Address info for the network is as follows:
Server Static IP Address: 192.167.176.5
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.167.176.1 (The D-Link Router)
Primary DNS: 64.59.168.13
Secondary DNS: 64.59.168.15 (These are the DNS entires from my ISP)
I am most confident that it has something to do with they way I've set up DNS. I consider myself pretty decent at this stuff but I must admit, the one thing I struggle with is DNS. If anyone has any guidance I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank You
