DHCP management

Is there any management software for the DHCP servers,
Case : 2 DHCP servers working seperately in a single domain single forest wit AD 2003.
OS of the DHCPs is win2k3 standard.
IP addresses divided based on the rule 50% - 50%
some times we reserve IPs for machines  and after a while we do not know if it is still in use or not, is there any software that reports the usage of the IP addresses ? (not MOM or SMS or system management)
