server 2003 DHCP server does not issue ip Address to Nokia E71

ISA,DHCP running on same computer.Router Wireless is on.When router DHCP is on & server DHCP is off, E71 recieves IP.When router DHCP disabled & server DHCP enabled E71 does not recive a ip.But it can detect Wireless network,when try to connect it shows connecting ,but does not recive IP address.PCs can connect to wireless network and able to recive IP from server.

If the Nokia is connecting to the network with the DHCP server through the wireless router, then the router needs to be configured to allow DHCP broadcasts to pass through it.

Most routers are configured by default to stop broadcasts.
If you need help with this, please post the model and firmware or OS version of the router.

Router- SMC DSL Wireless 4 port Router.OS & firmware i don't remember i'll tell u it later.Problem with only mobile device.PCs can get IPs from 2003 DHCP server from through wireless router network.Pls Ask any thing i'll give u information Thanks.....

I found solution i created a reservation IP to Nokia E71's Mac adress then it can recieve that ip. but i can't understand how it happens
