No "Set Predefined Options" in 2008 R2 DHCP

I'm setting up a DHCP scope for a 2008 R2 server and there isn't any spot to "Set Predefined Options" like there is in 2003 server.  I know where this is located on a 2003 server and IT IS NOT IN THAT LOCATION or any other location in the DHCP console.  I've reinstalled DHCP on this server and it has the same problem and i've tried to backup and restore a functioning scope from a 2003 server to no avail.

Any advice would be of great assistance.

This manifested itself after I had a coworker look at it.

Sometimes computers work like quantum physics: it depends on the observer.

If you have multiple IP standards included (ie. IPv4 and IPv6) the "Set Predefined Options" is a right click on that standard level tree and NOT on the server.
