Let me clarify my question a bit futher:
>Att is our ISP and had our Primary DNS and was controlling via the ATT prvisioning tool.
>Moved NS record from Network Solutions to another company.
>the new company is now controlling NS and our Primary DNS.
while the new company has our NS record and ourcompay.com

I think you're asking two different questions. The simple answer to your question is YES, you can have the new company host your website and have Network Solutions host the DNS for your domain. AT&T does not provide these services for "ourcompany.com". If you changed the DNS on your router or server to the new company's DNS servers, change it back to the AT&T DNS server info.
If you want to change the Name Servers for ourcompany.com back to the Network Solutions servers give them a call and they will do this for you. It's often easier to have them do it and make sure it's done correctly or no one will be able to access your website or send you email. When you call them you will need to provide them the Public IP address of your email server and web server.
I hope this is helpful
