Reverse DNS Setups

I have an exchange server in a colo using a public ip address, but the domain is registered through network solutions which is also managing our dns for that domain.   Do i need to ask network solutions to setup the reverse dns record for the exchange server in our colo, or do i need to ask my colo to setup a the reverse dns since the public ip address is on my colo's network?  

OR should I just park my domain with my colo since they do manage dns as well, as an optional service?
