slow DNS answer from internal servers to external domain

here is my setup:

PC
IP 192.168.0.10/24
gateway: 192.168.0.1
dns: 192.168.0.2
dns2: 192.168.0.3

dns servers are configured with forwarder to 142.77.2.36 and 142.77.2.101
no errors in event viewer

with my PC, using the DNS server 192.168.0.2 and 3. internet is slow and sometime time out occur
if I change my DNS server on my PC to 142.77.2.36 and 101. everything goes fast

192.168.0.2 and 3 are 2 cluster node running SQL.
both server are running DNS, DHCP and active directory
im not feeling safe to run ipconfig -flushdns and -registerdns on a cluster...
