I recently moved my system from timewarner cable to AT&T T1 line. Now all my mails sent from my website are being bounced back. Here is an example of a complaint:

with it. You will need to add a PTR record (also known as reverse lookup)
before you are able to send email into the iiNet network.

Where is this PTR record setup?
Is it setup with my domain registrar, Godaddy, like where I setup an MX record?
Or is it setup in my Merak Mail Server? I do have the box checked to "Add rDNS result to Received header of all messages."
Or is this something AT&T sets up? We do all of our DNS settings through Godaddy, not through AT&T.
So I don't know what to do about this PTR record.
I just got off the phone with Godaddy, and they said I need a TXT record, SPF record, but they can't tell me how to set it up.
Please help!
thanks!
