In the meantime, you can map to your mail accounts using the IP address. All Email client software I know of will allow you to use the mail server's IP rather than the FQDN.

We updated our DSN for that IP 25 days ago. Senderbase.org now is the only site i can find on the nternet that shows the wrong DNS info for that IP. Because of senderbase.org's error, numerous mail servers are blocking our email. These mail servers think that our reverse DNS is wrong, but in reality (at least as far as I can tell by every tool I have used) our reverse DNS is correct, yet senderbase.org shows it as being faulty. What do I do?

Yes every root server cascades up to find that the reverse entry on that IP is mail.theravive.com.

Senderbase is simply wrong. you need to contact them if it really is an issue that they are listing your wrongly.
