Novel Client Setup

Very new to this Novel network.  We have new client on Novel.  
I'm trying to set up a new pc.  I've loaded the novel client and I'm trying to logon.  I've matched up everything I can possibly see, server, tree, context.....but I still can't logon.  Is there anyway I can copy another clients configuration to another computer or something?
