Windows 2003 Domain Controller Sync with Outside TIme Server

I have a windows 2003 DC that's time is off by 5 minutes when means all computers in my domain are off by 5 minutes.  Everything I try to switch the time on the server it just ends up goes back to being 5 minutes behind. How to I setup my DC to sycn with an outside time server? CAn you use grou policy to do this?Start Free Trial
