Active Directory - Automatically create user folder upon creation

Very new to this but I have been assigned the task of figuring it out.  When I create a new user in Active Directory, how can the user folder automatically be created on the server.

Also, I need the folder automatically mounted as a mapped network drive when the user logs in for the first time.

Any suggestions or ideas? Please keep in mind that I am a beginner :-DStart Free Trial
