Hp pavillion 6720ee Recovery Partition not accessible using F11 key

my windows vista (pre installed)  installation is corrupt due to some virues,
I installed windows xp on it, but i want to switch windows vista agian for
doing this i press F11 key when system boot but this key is not working and
no recovery option window open.
please help my hp_recovery partition is intact,i want to create a recovery
DVD for this i need a hp dvd creation tool which create a recovery dvd, or
provide any tip for fixing boot from recovery partition using f11 key.

hp_recovery partition is intact ( hP-recovery 10 gb with all files including base.wim) , only the problem is corrupt boot loader
because of windows xp installation recovery partiton did'nt boot from F11
key.
I only needed 1 of two things:

1-  hp recovery disk creation tool download link where i can dowload this tool ( not recovery disk),
then i installed this on my windows and create recovery disk OR

2- define the procedure to fix the corrupt boot loader ,then i can boot
form my recovery partition usingF11 key.
