Outlook 2007 hangs / freezes opening attachments or checking for updates

XP Pro w/SP2 AMD processor w/1GB ram running Office Enterprise 2007. Using Small Business Server 2003 and Outlook is setup in Exchange non-cached mode.

The PC will freeze as soon as you double click on a Word or Excel attachment or if you click Help, Check For Updates or Microsoft Office Online. Adobe attachments open fine.

I have ran Office Diagnostics and it finds nothing wrong.Start Free Trial
