C# WinForm client and WebServices over HTTPS

Hi,
I am new to HTTPS.
Here we have a Microsoft .Net - C# WinForm client and connecting to IIS then request is routed to the actual Web Service is in J2EE deployed in Web Sphere.
When i use HTTP everything works fine and when i trun HTTP into HTTPS then it is not working. Since i never used HTTPS before in WinForms, now i am stuck.

Can anyone please guide me what to do.
